I have arrived. I hold the power to rise, the power to transform into the highest version of myself.
But for many women, especially those going through perimenopause, finding this strength can feel nearly impossible. During this season, we’re faced with unique challenges affecting every part of life—our energy, our health, our self-image, and our sense of who we are. We often ask ourselves, What’s wrong with me? as we struggle to adapt to these changes.
Learning to thrive together in perimenopause might seem out of reach, but it’s more accessible than you think.

I know this feeling all too well. At one point, I felt like a broken vase—scattered and unsure of how to put myself back together. A heaviness settled over me, a weight I couldn’t explain.
It was then that I discovered meditation. This simple practice of being still, turning within, and creating an inner sanctuary helped me begin to piece myself back together. Was it easy?
No. Doubts crept in, whispering things like, I should be doing something else, and This isn’t going to work. But I stayed with it, knowing I needed to find peace amid the chaos, and that it had to start from within.
Here’s what I learned: anything worthwhile takes time, patience, practice, perseverance, and perspective.
It takes a PAUSE ⏸️.
In perimenopause, we’re called to pause and go within. Often we think we have to figure it all out alone, it is them when it becomes so much harder, the longer we wait to reach out the harder it becomes. Learning that everyone is on their own journey while sharing the challenges makes it so much more manageable and empowering.
Imagine a community of women on this same path—a tribe where you’re truly seen, heard, and supported. Imagine connecting with women who offer compassion, encouragement, and the sense of belonging we all crave. This is how we can thrive and build strength together in perimenopause.
This is the vision I have for you.
