When Was the Last Time You Felt Fully Energized?

Updated: Oct 8

Oh, what a ride I’ve had! It all started in 2013, when, at 45, I was hit with night sweats and breast pain. I had always felt normal before, so this came out of nowhere, and it was scary. Everyone around me shrugged it off as “just menopause,” like it was something I had to endure. But the thought of never feeling normal again terrified me.

I’ve always leaned on natural solutions for my health, but this time was different. My mind instantly jumped to the worst-case scenario—cancer. I didn’t want to go down that road, not after seeing my dad’s health struggles. I wanted to prevent something like that from happening to me.

I started talking to friends, and one of them, with a nursing background, introduced me to essential oils. She explained how they help the body find balance, and I was ready to try anything. After just a few weeks of following her recommendations, my breast pain and night sweats were gone. The relief was amazing!

That experience changed everything. I started using essential oils for everything—UTIs, nail fungus, digestion, sleep, sore muscles—you name it! It was a turning point. These simple remedies helped me manage things that had been frustrating and dragging down my energy for years. I felt lighter, happier, more in control of my own health.

This opened the door to something bigger. As I dove deeper into health and personal development, I found myself surrounded by a community of strong, like-minded women. They helped me rediscover my voice, and I felt alive again.

But not everything was smooth sailing. My husband wasn’t supportive of the new business I was building around my passion for oils and natural health. Every conversation felt like taking one step forward and two steps back. I feared this tension would break us, but I was committed to doing something for myself for the first time. I refused to let it stop me.

Then, in 2017, we hit a financial crisis. My oldest son was in his senior year of college, trying to figure things out on his own, sometimes going hungry just to make ends meet. It broke my heart, but it also brought us closer. We bonded over what I was learning about health and wellness, and we grew through the struggle together.

At the same time, my daughter was about to graduate from high school, and I was facing the reality of becoming an empty nester. A new kind of emptiness hit me—a sensation in my body and heart I couldn’t describe. I felt heavy, lonely, and my mind was foggy. I was scared that something was wrong with my brain, that it might be Alzheimer’s.

So, I threw myself into learning about the brain and how food affects it. I changed my diet, and after a few months, the brain fog lifted. I felt energized again, and the belly fat I’d been carrying just disappeared, without even trying.

Then, as if by fate, I reconnected with an old friend who invited me to her reading club. Once again, I found myself in a supportive group of women where I could be open, honest, and free of judgment. It felt like a lifeline.

Soon after, a friend from the club asked for my help to get in shape for her first marathon. I put together everything I had learned into a simple five-step plan. She followed it, lost weight, boosted her energy, and completed her marathon with pride. That’s when it hit me—I had something unique to offer. I had a method that worked, and I could help other women feel the way I was feeling.

So, I went searching for a way to turn this into something bigger, and I found a coaching program specializing in habit changes. Now, I’ve combined everything I’ve learned into my M&M Method for the Better Feeling Woman. It’s designed to help women like you, in the middle of life and menopause, reclaim their energy, their strength, and their zest for life.

Hold up for just a sec.

If you’re a woman going through the challenges of menopause, let me ask you this:

When was the last time you felt energized and motivated to do things without feeling like you’re dragging your body through the day?

(Hint: If you’re not confidently shouting, “all the time!” then this is exactly what you’ve been looking for.)

I’ve been where you are, and I know what it feels like to wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. But trust me, you can. The answers are simpler than you think, and I’d love to show you how.

Are you ready to feel like you again?
