The Quickstart Energy Boost is a focused, 3-week program designed for women who want to dip their toes into the coaching experience and see quick, effective results. This program offers a taste of what’s possible by helping you build momentum and clarity around your health goals. With targeted guidance, you'll address key areas of your wellness to jumpstart your energy, reset your habits, and leave with the confidence to take the next step on your health journey—without the long-term commitment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and your schedule may change. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, please review our cancellation policy for individual appointments and classes below. Please note that this policy does not apply to subscription plans, which are non-refundable. 1. Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment/class: No charge. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge. 2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment/class: A $10 fee will be applied. 3. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment/class: A $20 fee will be applied. You can reschedule or book your next appointment anytime through your online portal under the Bookings tab. If you need to cancel, you can do so online or by contacting us directly. Please note that all subscription plans are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
